Overview
The course focus is to help people become self-developed leaders. When you become a leader, you are able to help people in the best possible way. The philosophy of the Academy is to help yourself grow enough so you can build a business to help people deal with their emotions, thoughts and general life stress. We train you to balance yourself in the most important areas of your life, and provide frameworks to mentor clients so you can get the best out of them.

The community of students support each other whilst also getting supported by Academy leaders. We believe the community is the life blood of the Academy, and the more each individual interacts with the Academy community, the more they will enhance their empathy and mental stability.

Overview
Second year students will be building upon the techniques learnt in Level 1.The second-year program focuses on creating greater self-awareness, moving from how you can be leaders of your own life, to how you can create a greater impact in the world around you. You will gain the understanding of how decision making is much bigger than yourself; you will become more conscious of the impact you can make in the world, and how you can make a positive difference.

Community
The focus on second year is to expand the community, and the year 2 students are encouraged to provide support to the year 1 students, rather than create separation. The major focus is to develop a set of ‘we’ values, supporting the ethos that helping others grow is much bigger than a single-minded focus, this then helps to continue building a high level of self-support.

Overview
Just like a black belt in martial arts, Level 3 is where the deeper learning begins. Through repetition and working with deeper core concepts, students will enhance their skills to become masters of their inner core, where the opportunity for deep personal impact is further enhanced. The Academy concept of ‘you can only help others with the capacity of depth that you reach yourself’, requires full expansion into self-development in order to reach the professional level of leadership.

12-month Academy membership with online access to all recorded webinars and course material to continue your personal growth journey and to build a level of confidence on what you are delivering to others. At this stage, you are ready to set up your business as a full-time entity, and/or transition out of your existing job or career. Alternatively, for those in the corporate world, this level is to build on income, value, and either break into executive leadership or continue to hone and improve the executive leadership skills you may already have.

We look for students to take further action in the Academy community and branch out. This is where the master becomes the student again, to bring forth humility to learn from each individual and group that you meet. Humility holds a level of assurance that voice and silence are used to help people on their path. Students have the opportunity to master themselves and provide even more support to those around them.
